JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
At our core, we believe caregiving is one of the most important professions in the world — and it should be treated that way. We’re here to build something bigger than a business. We’re building a team that honors the profession of care, supports those who give it, and makes sure no client is ever left wondering who will show up.

If you know how to hold both structure and heart — to keep things running smoothly while staying deeply human — you might be the person we’re looking for.

The Caregiver Scheduler & Recruiter is the nerve center of our operation. You’ll make sure every visit is staffed and every caregiver feels seen, supported, and set up for success.
On any given day, you might be building tomorrow’s schedule, jumping in to solve a last-minute call-out, or welcoming a new hire who just finished orientation. You’ll be juggling logistics, communication, and care — and doing it all with clarity, calm, and purpose.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, values excellence, and isn’t afraid to take initiative. You’ll need to be as comfortable sending a firm follow-up text as you are offering support during a hard ---------- nt. You’ll need a strong sense of accountability.

What You’ll Own - Responsibility and Outcomes

Build, update, and manage caregiver schedules
Match caregivers with clients based on fit, availability, and consistency
Respond quickly and thoughtfully to call-outs or schedule changes
Keep caregiver preferences and boundaries in mind
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in our scheduling software
Communicate clearly and promptly with caregivers, clients, and tea ---------- mbers

Recruiting the Right People

Post thoughtful, values-aligned job ads
Actively source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates
Coordinate hiring paperwork, background checks, and compliance
Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs
Support orientation and onboarding so every new hire feels welcomed and prepared

What We’re Looking For

This role calls for someone who is:
Organized and steady — you track moving pieces and follow through
Clear and kind — your communication style is both professional and human
Tech-comfortable — you can learn and use scheduling and HR tools with ease
Calm under pressure — when things shift quickly, you don’t lose your center
Mission-aligned — you believe caregiving is serious, skilled work, and you treat it that way

Schedule:
Must be available to work starting by 8am the latest but 7:00 a.m. EST (U.S.-based hours) is strongly preferred!

Experience:
Scheduling or recruiting experience in home care is a plus but not required — mindset, integrity, and initiative matter most.

About Us

When you join our team, you join a movement — one that’s changing how caregivers are trained, supported, and valued.
