Higgsfield Ai real estate video editor

We’re looking for an experienced video editor specializing in real estate content who can create cinematic, visually enhanced property videos using AI tools like Higgsfield for virtual staging, object replacement, and creative scene enhancement.

You’ll be editing property walkthroughs, agent-on-camera videos, and lifestyle-driven listing reels — turning raw footage into scroll-stopping marketing content that wows clients and drives listings.

Responsibilities
• Edit property videos with seamless pacing, color, and audio balance
• Use Higgsfield (or similar AI tools) to:
• Virtually stage empty rooms with furniture and decor
• Replace skies, add fireplaces, lighting, or visual ambience
• Remove clutter or unwanted objects cleanly
• Integrate branded motion graphics, text overlays, and music

Requirements
• Proven experience editing real estate or architectural videos
• Working knowledge of Higgsfield AI (or similar tools such as Runway, Pika, Kaiber, or Sora-style models)
• Skilled in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects
• Strong sense of composition, lighting, and realism for virtual staging
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly via Slack or ClickUp
• Portfolio showing before-and-after staging or creative AI video edits
