Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Website Project Manager to oversee client website projects and landing page completion for our Meta Ads clients. This role requires excellent English, strong communication, and organizational skills to ensure all websites and landing pages are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Location: Remote
Job Type: Project-Based (with potential for ongoing retainer opportunities)
Pay:
- $400 USD per website project (half paid upon receiving contract, half paid upon website project completion)
- $25 USD per single landing page project
- $40 USD bonus if the client leaves a 5-star Google review within 14 days of website project completion
Key Responsibilities
- Host client onboarding calls to gather project requirements, set expectations, and build rapport.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout the project, primarily via
- Provide clear, proactive updates on project status and next steps.
- Manage client feedback and ensure revisions are handled promptly and professionally.
- Create and manage project timelines and milestones to keep deliverables on track.
- Coordinate with the website development team and copywriters to ensure seamless project flow.
- Review website mockups and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
- Review and refine copy to ensure it aligns with client brand voice and enhances conversion.
- Test functionality and design flow prior to launch to confirm all project elements meet standards.
- Conduct final quality checks before client handoff.
- Ensure websites are launched on time and meet internal quality benchmarks.
- Facilitate smooth project handoffs, including client walkthroughs or structured communications.
- Confirm client satisfaction and gather feedback at the end of each project.
- Attend weekly team meetings focused on company culture, team bonding, and overall direction.
- Participate in regular same-page meetings with your manager to review deliverables, resolve blockers, and plan ahead.
??- Manage the buildout of client landing pages by editing templates, coordinating with the developer team, and performing final quality control check.
- Ensure landing pages are accurate, functional, and optimized for campaign launches.
- Attend occasional departmental meetings (L10s) to stay aligned with cross-functional initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management or account management, preferably in a digital or creative agency.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Familiarity with website development processes (design, copywriting, development) is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently while remaining highly accountable to deadlines.
Bonus Points If:
- You have experience managing website or creative projects in a marketing agency environment.
- You’re familiar with tools like Monday.com, Basecamp, ClickUp, or other project management platforms.
- You’ve worked with international or distributed teams before.
