Web Master VA (Filipino)

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Filipino Web Master VA to oversee the full digital ecosystem of
our websites and online tools. This role goes beyond basic web updates — it’s about ensuring the
entire online infrastructure is functional, secure, optimized, and aligned with business goals. The ideal
candidate is comfortable managing multiple platforms (GoDaddy, Bluehost, WordPress, Carrd, etc.),
coordinating automations, solving technical issues, and suggesting improvements. You’ll play a key
role in keeping our digital systems running smoothly and helping us grow online.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage websites, landing pages, and hosting (WordPress, Carrd, GoDaddy,Bluehost, etc.)
Handle domain/DNS management, hosting configurations, and security updates
Implement and manage semi-advanced automations (e.g., Zapier workflows, CRM integrations,custom scripts)
Monitor site health, uptime, performance, and backups
Coordinate plugin updates, troubleshoot errors, and resolve technical issues proactively
Optimize site structure and UX for speed, SEO, and conversions
Collaborate with content, design, and admin teams to keep the digital ecosystem aligned and efficient
Provide strategic recommendations for site improvements, new tools, or automations

Requirements
Proven experience managing websites end-to-end for U.S.-based businesses or clients
Strong knowledge of GoDaddy, Bluehost, WordPress, Carrd, and DNS/hosting management
Experience with semi-advanced automations (Zapier, embedded scripts, CRM and form integrations)
Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Familiarity with website security, SEO best practices, and analytics tools
Reliable internet and excellent communication skills

Nice to Have
Experience with light backend workflows or API connections
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tracking tools
Ability to document systems and create SOPs for recurring website tasks
Experience supporting small businesses, agencies, or service-based brands

Schedule & Pay
• Flexible schedule (approx. 5–10 hrs/month to start)
• $50 USD/month
• 6-month contract with potential to renew
• Room to grow into a more strategic tech and automation leadership role over time
