JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative all-rounder who can design, upload, and schedule daily social content and ad creatives for our music-production brand.

You’ll work directly with our small in-house team (video editor + founder) to turn ideas, hooks, and scripts into clean, scroll-stopping designs that actually look professional - not “Canva templates.”

?

Responsibilities
• Design static and carousel posts for Meta, Instagram, and YouTube (brand look and feel supplied).
• Create ad visuals (thumbnails, post graphics, story slides) based on proven hooks and scripts.
• Optimise creatives for engagement - clear hierarchy, strong typography, and movement.
• Upload and schedule daily posts using Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and other tools.
• Track basic performance data (views, clicks, comments) to identify what’s working.
• Maintain consistent brand visuals across all platforms.

?

Requirements
• Proven experience designing for social ads or performance marketing.
• Strong sense of layout, spacing, and typography - not just dragging elements in Canva.
• Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. Canva OK for workflow, but you know how to build from scratch.
• Understands social ad psychology — headline hierarchy, colour contrast, visual flow.
• Organised enough to post and schedule daily without chasing.
• Bonus: experience with simple video resizing / subtitling for Reels and Shorts.

?

What You’ll Get
• Work on a fast-moving brand in the music-production / creative education space.
• Consistent weekly output (3–5 designs/day).
• Remote flexibility — work your own hours once the daily schedule is met.
• Room to grow into paid media creative strategy (if you’re good, we’ll trust you fast).

?

To Apply:
Send 3–5 examples of social ads or posts you’ve designed (not templates).
We’re looking for taste, simplicity, and clarity, not overdesigned graphics.
