Comp Specialist

We are a US based company and require a vacant land comping expert for US.

We require a team player who can help price vacant land using comps within 20 minutes per comp. Researching of comp is usually based on visiting sites like Zillow , redfin and ---------- . We get about 20 new leads on a daily basis which need to be comped immediately and sent back to our marketing team. We have an in house SOP to make you understand our process.

The individual will be required to be available from 10 am EST to 6 pm EST, Mon - Fri except for mutually d ---------- holidays. 1 or 2 hours on the weekend might also be required. Upwork freelancers who don't have open jobs will be preferred since this is a 8 hours of work a day and cannot be done if you have multiple jobs open. Only applicants who have submitted the comp/offer and the video will be considered.

The details included in the comp would be - 3 reference comps selected per vacant land, assessed value, attributes of land like landlocked, sloping, flood plain, access and few other related items.

The scope of work can increase as well as the hours as the individual spends more time within the company.
