Role Overview

This position is part of a high-impact recruiting service supporting law firm clients in sourcing and hiring for roles such as Executive Assistants, Marketing professionals, Administrative staff, and Executives (COO, CEO, CFO, CMO, etc.).

As a Talent Sourcer at Crisp, your mission is to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline daily, working during overnight hours (8:55 PM – 5:00 AM Manila time), and input your sourced candidates into our ATS.

This is an opportunity to gain state-side recruiting experience with one of the fastest-growing legal marketing companies in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Source hundreds of qualified candidates monthly, meeting set KPIs.

Join role intake meetings with Recruiters and Team Leads to fully understand each client’s needs.

Identify effective keywords and build precise Boolean search strings.

Conduct advanced searches across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter is a must).

Evaluate resumes and candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Deliver required candidate volumes at the end of each workday.

Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Greenhouse).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports.

Collaborate closely with Recruiters, Team Leads, and Recruiting Operations to support hiring goals.

Manage data entry with 100?curacy across various systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally including Executive-level searches (legal industry preferred but not required).

Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and advanced sourcing strategies.

Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience is a plus).

Experience with major resume/job portals (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, etc.).

Excellent written and spoken English for clear internal communication.

Comfortable using Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Compensation: $900 monthly base + up to $600 in monthly performance bonuses (USD).*
