Short Form Video Ads Editor - AI Startup

We're looking for short form video editors for our fast-growing B2C AI startup that we're building under the 48Labs portfolio company.

Requirements:
- You must be from the Philippines
- 1+ year professional video editing experience for paid ads
- CapCut Pro required (or other professional editing software)
- Experience editing ads for TikTok Ads and Meta Ads (Instagram)
- Knowledge of multiple ad formats: UGC, Podcast style, etc.
- Excellent spoken and written English (native level or near-native)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new ad formats
- Must be able to work fully remote with reliable internet

Your responsibilities:
- Edit short form video ads from provided scripts and example references
- Create ads in multiple formats: UGC, Podcast style, and others as needed
- Use AI tools to create b-roll, AI UGC content, and other elements (tools provided and paid by us)
- Adapt to new formats as trends evolve

Compensation:
- $15 per video
- Expected: 2 videos per day, 5 days per week
- Important: When we say "2 videos," this includes any sub-variants. For example, one video might have 2-6 different hooks we want to test, or we might A/B test different UGC actors in the same video. These are minor variations to the core video.
- Total: $600/month ($15 × 2 videos/day × 5 days/week × 4 weeks)
- Paid weekly for the first 2 months
