Print-on-Demand Mockup Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled mockup designer to create realistic product and lifestyle visuals for artwork that has already been designed.
You will take existing digital art files and place them into custom environments such as interior walls, frames, and room scenes while adding lighting, shadows, and reflections to make each piece feel natural and professional.
The goal is to produce believable images for use on posters, canvases, and framed print listings.

Responsibilities

Use tools like Photoshop, Canva, or AI platforms such as Midjourney, Firefly, or DALL·E to create realistic mockups.

Add lighting, shadow, and depth effects to blend artwork seamlessly into its environment.

Generate or modify custom room environments that fit the overall brand aesthetic.

Deliver high-quality mockups in PNG or JPG format ready for product pages and ads.

Maintain consistent tone, lighting, and perspective across all artworks.

Requirements

Proven experience creating realistic product or artwork mockups.

Strong Photoshop or AI design skills, especially with lighting and texture work.

Ability to generate or edit room scenes that look natural and high-end.

Understanding of how to make art prints appear professionally photographed.

Fast turnaround time and strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with print-on-demand platforms such as Printify or Printful.

Understanding of Shopify image sizing and formatting.

Experience producing visuals for art, décor, or eCommerce brands.

Compensation

$6 per hour
Ongoing, project-based work with potential for long-term collaboration based on performance and quality.
