Experienced Shopify Virtual Assistant (Product Research + Listing + Customer Support)

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Virtual Assistant to join our growing Shopify dropshipping store.
You’ll be working with a small but ambitious e-commerce brand focused on design lighting and home decor, selling mainly to the European market.

???? Your Main Tasks

Product Research for Meta Ads

Find trending, high-converting products suitable for advertising on Facebook & Instagram (Meta).

Analyze competitors and identify winning products and creatives.

Provide product briefs with clear descriptions, features, and potential angles.

Product Listing on Shopify

Upload and optimize new products (images, descriptions, variants, pricing).

Write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct product descriptions in English.

Ensure product pages look professional and match brand guidelines.

Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a friendly, professional tone.

Handle order tracking, returns, and basic support questions.

Communicate clearly and politely at all times.

???? Requirements

Proven experience with Shopify and dropshipping operations (please show examples).

Strong understanding of Meta ads trends and product validation.

Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiar with Google Sheets, Canva, and basic image editing tools.

Fast and reliable internet connection.

Available at least 30 hours per week (full-time preferred).
