Virtual Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) – Full Time

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. business hours (EST)



Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) to support our U.S. loan officers with document collection, file setup, and loan registration.

You’ll work directly inside our LOS systems and with our lenders to help keep loans organized, registered, and ready for submission.

This is not a data-entry-only role — you’ll be a key part of the team helping files move from lead to closing with precision and speed.


Key Responsibilities

Review loan files and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Register and submit loans to wholesale lenders through portals such as UWM, Pennymac, PRMG, Plaza, etc.
Upload and label client documents in ARIVE LOS and Salesforce CRM.
Run income, asset, and credit documentation checks prior to submission.
Communicate with lenders to track file status and resolve conditions.
Coordinate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters for smooth loan flow.
Maintain detailed notes and file records inside Salesforce and ARIVE.
Perform quality control reviews before final submission.


Qualifications

Required: Prior LOA or loan processing experience with a U.S. wholesale mortgage lender or brokerage.
Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation and the registration/submission process.
Familiarity with wholesale lender portals (UWM, PRMG, Pennymac, Plaza, etc.).
Experience with ARIVE LOS and/or Salesforce CRM is a strong plus.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Attention to detail, accountability, and strong follow-through.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
