We’re passionate about helping clients make smart property and finance decisions — and now we’re looking for a creative, reliable Social Media & Content Creator to help us build and manage our online presence across multiple platforms.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for creating and managing social media content across both brands, maintaining a professional yet engaging tone that aligns with our brand values.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong design skills, great attention to detail, and an understanding of how to make financial content interesting and accessible.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule posts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Create high-quality graphic posts, banners, and short-form videos using Canva or similar design tools
Write clear, engaging captions and headlines tailored to each platform
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across both companies
Research trending topics and produce content ideas relevant to mortgages, property, and finance
Assist in growing engagement and followers through well-planned content strategies
Collaborate with management to ensure all posts align with compliance and brand tone
Track post performance and provide simple analytics or improvement suggestions

Proven experience managing social media pages for businesses (preferably in finance, property, or professional services)
Strong design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
Excellent written English and communication skills
Ability to create clean, professional visuals and layout consistency across brands
Good understanding of current social media trends and how to adapt them for professional audiences
Proactive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
Experience using scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or Go High Level) is a plus

What We Offer
Stable, long-term part-time position
Opportunity to work with two established and reputable UK finance brands
Flexible working hours (as long as they overlap with UK office hours)
Training and ongoing support from our management team
Performance-based growth opportunities

Next Step

If this sounds like the perfect role for you, we’d love to see your creativity in action!

The next stage of the process will involve us sending you a sample brief (mock advert) for one of our brands — you’ll then create a draft post or banner design based on the brief. This will help us see your style, initiative, and design approach.

To Apply:
Please include the following in your application:
A short introduction about yourself and your experience with social media
Examples or links to previous social media work or designs
Your availability and preferred working hours
