** About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in bringing new clinic clients into our social media program. You’ll manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification to closing, while collaborating closely with our marketing and service delivery teams.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in consultative sales and understands how social media can make a real difference for clinic owners.

** What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s not just a salesperson, but a trusted advisor who can confidently discuss how social media drives growth for clinics.


** Qualifications:

> 1+ years of B2B sales, SaaS, digital marketing, or agency experience
> Experience managing full sales cycles from discovery to close
> Strong skills in prospecting, objection handling, consultative selling
> Excellent verbal & written communication
> Comfortable speaking with executives / clinic owners
> Ability to handle rejection, be persistent, self-motivated
> Familiarity with sales tools / CRMs (HubSpot a big plus)
> Data-driven: you track metrics and optimize your process

** Nice to Have:

> Experience selling into healthcare, wellness, physical therapy, chiropractic, or related space
> Understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, paid ads
> Past success in closing mid-market or recurring services contracts

** Responsibilities:

> Qualify and nurture inbound leads (from demos, web inquiries, webinars, etc.)
> Prospect outbound: research clinics, decision makers, craft messaging, cold outreach
> Conduct discovery calls / demos to understand client needs, articulate our value, overcome objections
> Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
> Manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot — forecasts, stage tracking, deal velocity
> Hit monthly / quarterly sales targets (new logos, upsells, expansions)
> Maintain strong communication with clients to establish trust and ensure retention
> Report on KPIs: conversion rates, pipeline, average deal size, sales cycle length, churn, etc.
