???? Position Overview
We’re looking for a GoHighLevel Specialist who’s skilled in building automations, managing sub-accounts, and supporting our partners as they launch and scale their AI businesses.
You’ll be working directly inside our GoHighLevel infrastructure, building systems that drive real results for businesses across the world.

Position: GoHighLevel Specialist
Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)
Rate: $8/hour (tracked via Hubstaff)
Location: Fully Remote

?? Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and manage automations inside GoHighLevel
- Set up new sub-accounts for partners following company SOPs
- Assist partners during the setup and activation of their AI business systems
- Troubleshoot workflows and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized systems and consistent campaign performance
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve templates and processes
- Provide clear weekly updates on progress and deliverables

???? Requirements
1. MUST HAVE 2+ years of GoHighLevel experience
2. Strong understanding of automations, triggers, and workflows
3. Confident with pipelines, campaigns, forms, and integrations
4. Excellent communication in English (written & spoken)
5. Reliable, organized, and proactive with problem-solving
6. Must use Hubstaff for time tracking
Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or ---------- is a plus
