365 Short Lets is a fast-growing Airbnb management company helping property owners earn passive income through short-term rentals. We handle everything — from guest communication and property maintenance to marketing and optimization — so our clients can enjoy hands-free profits.
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise in Meta Ads and SEO to help us grow our online presence, increase direct bookings, and attract more property owners to our management service.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta
Design ad creatives and write compelling ad copy targeting:
Property owners seeking Airbnb management services.
Guests looking for short-term stays.
Set up retargeting campaigns to capture leads and bookings.
Monitor, test, and optimize campaigns for performance (CPC, CTR, conversion).
Prepare weekly reports on ad performance and ROI.
Manage Meta Pixel installation and event tracking.
SEO & Website Optimization
Conduct keyword research relevant to short-term rentals, serviced accommodation, and Airbnb management.
Optimize website pages, blogs, and listings for search engines (on-page SEO).
Build and manage backlinks to improve domain authority.
Optimize Google Business Profile for local SEO visibility.
Monitor search rankings and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
Suggest and implement content strategies to increase organic traffic and lead conversions.
General Marketing Support
Assist with landing page creation and funnel optimization.
Update content on the company website or booking platform as needed.

Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta Ads
Strong understanding of SEO principles (on-page, off-page, and technical).
Experience with tools such as:
Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
Google Search Console, Google Analytics
SEMrush / Ahrefs (preferred)
WordPress or similar CMS
Strong English writing skills (for ad copy and SEO content).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented — able to manage tasks independently.
Knowledge of the Airbnb or property management industry is a plus.
Preferred Qualities
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
Comfortable analyzing results and making recommendations.
Familiar with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, ClickUp, or similar).
