Customer Service & Marketing Representative – Real Estate Division
Location: Remote (Zoom & Phone-Based)

About the Role
We’re looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and sales-driven Customer Service & Marketing Representative to support our real estate business. This role blends client care, light sales, and marketing coordination. You’ll help clients complete agreements on Zoom, follow up with past and current clients, assist with social media and marketing content, and connect with local builders to keep our team informed on incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Agreement Management
Meet with clients on Zoom to help complete buyer agency agreements and listing agreements accurately.
Walk clients through forms, explain each section, and ensure all signatures are complete.
Maintain digital filing and track the status of each agreement.
Client Relationship Management
Conduct quarterly follow-ups with past clients to check if they need help buying, selling, or refinancing.
Follow up with current and potential clients to schedule consultations and maintain strong communication.
Log all interactions in Follow Up Boss or GoHighLevel to keep the database updated.
Lead Follow-Up & Sales
Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Perform light cold calling to re-engage expired, canceled, or new leads.
Confidently communicate the team’s value and convert conversations into appointments.
Marketing & Content Support
Gather information for social media reels — research trending real estate topics, client success stories, and local community highlights.
Help organize and schedule weekly
Maintain a shared content calendar for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok ideas.
Builder & Market Research
Contact local builders weekly or bi-weekly to gather up-to-date information on incentives, new communities, and special financing offers.
Track and summarize builder promotions for use in videos,
Assist with compiling lists of preferred builder partners and contact information.
Skills & Qualifications
Customer service or inside sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy — able to use Zoom, CRM systems, and social media platforms confidently.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients or builders professionally.
