Calldesk helps US garage-door companies stop losing calls to voicemail. We answer overflow/after-hours calls and book jobs directly to the owner’s calendar (no IVR, no number change).

Role (what you’ll do)

Call US garage-door owners/GM/office to book 15-min demos (two US calling windows/day)

Build lists in Apollo (we provide access + filters) — US, 1–50 employees,

Send plain Touch-1 emails from our Google inboxes

Update one Google Sheet daily: Dials, Connects, Conversations, Demos, Shows

10-Day Paid Trial (pass/fail)

Daily targets: 150–200 dials, 20–35 connects, 1 demo/day

Quality: Bounce ? 3%, Complaints ? 0.1% (we provide verified lists; you log outcomes)

We provide: dialer, Apollo seat, inboxes, scripts, state lists, objection handles

If you pass the trial (hit targets & sound great on calls):

Ongoing part-time retainer (see salary below) + weekly per-show bonuses

Option to move to full-time (300 dials/day) at a higher base + bonuses

Your must-haves

Clear, confident phone voice (neutral/US-friendly accent)

Quiet place, USB headset, stable internet (send a speedtest screenshot)

Comfortable with Apollo / Google Workspace / basic dialer CRMs

You like outbound, can follow a script, and ask for the meeting

wage/salary per month *

USD $270–$350/mo (part-time) + $10 per attended demo (show) after the first 12 shows/month
Full-time path (optional): USD $500–$650/mo + $12 per show (for consistent 300 dials/day)

(We also pay a fixed fee for the 10-day trial.)

Desired no. of hours per week

20–25 hrs/week (two US calling blocks per day). Full-time option later.
