A Day in the life of an
-You’ll manage
-You’ll initiate SMS and WhatsApp marketing, adding new channels to engage our customers.
-You’ll run A/B tests to continuously optimize subject lines, content, timing, and design for the best results.
-You’ll report on campaign performance, tracking key metrics to measure impact and guide improvements.
-You’ll own and manage the
Early Success Milestones for this role
-Returning customer rate grows to 5% for selected stores
-Timely testing and reporting on SMS, WhatsApp and in-app notifications
-Campaigns and flows are running consistently and optimized for performance
-Pilot in-app notification campaigns

-You have experience in
-You have proven experience working with Klaviyo and Shopify
-You are skilled in creating both strategic and tactical
-You have a data-driven mindset; you know how to measure and improve performance
-You take full ownership of your work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely want to see your efforts succeed.
Couple of the notes about the role
-This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
-You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Compensation
We pay on an hourly basis — we’re open to reviewing rates based on experience and expertise.
