#About the Role#
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who is proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by results.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for researching, sourcing, and qualifying potential leads that drive our sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with the sales and operations teams to identify target prospects, enrich data, and maintain clean, actionable databases.

#What You'll Be Doing#
Prospecting & Data Sourcing:
Research and identify qualified leads using tools like Upwork, Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn, and other databases
Gather and verify key information such as contact details, company size, and decision-maker roles
Segment and categorize leads based on target industries and buyer profiles
CRM & Data Management:
Enter, clean, and maintain lead data across Airtable, HubSpot, and other CRM systems
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and no duplicates
Track response rates, conversions, and pipeline metrics
Outreach Support:
Prepare contact lists and campaigns for outbound
Assist in drafting outreach messages and follow-ups when needed
Support lead tracking and performance reporting

Monday to Friday
Flexible hours within standard business times
Occasional urgent tasks may require quick turnaround
#What We’re Looking For#
#Essential Requirements#
1–2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or data research roles
Strong knowledge of tools like Upwork, Apollo, Lusha, and Airtable
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for lead tracking and reporting
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
#Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)#
Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
Familiarity with task/project tools (Notion, Asana, Trello)
Understanding of data enrichment or automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Phantombuster, n8n)
