We’re growing fast, which is why we’re looking for a **Producer** who can drive projects from start to finish. Someone who thrives on planning, communication, and making sure every deadline is met. Not just a coordinator, but an owner who makes sure projects run smoothly, creators deliver on time, and final outputs are top-notch.

MISSION OF THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for someone who loves turning chaos into order. As a Producer, you are responsible for managing the full production workflow: sourcing creators, ensuring products arrive on time, keeping editors and strategists aligned, and making sure every project is delivered on budget, on time, and at the highest creative quality.

You’ll work closely with Editors, Creators, and Creative Strategists — while reporting to the Client Success Manager who owns client communication.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Creator Sourcing & Coordination
- Find and secure creators/models on time for each project.
- Ensure products are shipped to creators and shoot logistics are locked in.

Project & Timeline Management
- Keep projects on budget and on schedule.
- Maintain Asana with 100?curacy, so statuses are always up-to-date.
- Coordinate editors and strategists to ensure creative vision is preserved.

Quality Control
- Review deliverables before they go to the Client Success Manager.
- Ensure at least 95% of assets require no major revisions before client delivery.

Team Leadership & Problem Solving
- Anticipate risks (missing products, unresponsive creators, delays) and provide solutions.
- Keep the production team accountable without constant reminders.
- Contribute to smoother, faster, and higher-quality production processes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or Team Lead.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
- Competencies we value: **ownership, strict communication, problem-solving, leadership, pressure management**.
- Cultural fit: radical honesty, transparency in remote work, proactive sharing, and a growth mindset.

Bonus points if you have:
- Agency experience.
- Background in e-commerce, content production, or media.
