Our team has already scaled in Europe. Now we’re entering the US market with a new supplement brand. This is a ground-floor opportunity.
We’re not looking for someone to “just make ads.”
We’re looking for the creative brain of this brand. Someone who can:
- Build and execute winning ad strategies (Meta is your playground)
- Direct and brief UGC creators so they deliver exciting content
- Cut, edit, and create video + image ads yourself (Canva + editing tools) and instruct other employees
- Use AI tools to move faster and smarter
- Propose weekly creative directions, then adapt based on results
- Recruit & manage new talent (editors, freelancers, creators)
- Gather deep knowledge about our customer avatar — know who they are, what they feel, what they identify with
- Evaluate and analyze ad performance data — understand what works, why it works, and how to double down
This is both strategy + execution. You’ll be on calls with the founder, pushing ideas, moving fast, and shaping the future of a brand from day one.

Who you are:
- You have E-Commerce experience (must)
- You know how to create direct-response ads that convert, not just look pretty
- You’re comfortable in Canva and video editing tools
- You’ve worked with UGC creators/freelancers before
- You think like a strategist: data + customer psychology guide your work
- You’re ambitious — the type that thrives on challenges, not instructions
