Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Flexible / Shift-based (24/7 coverage, including weekends and holidays)
Compensation: $550–$700 per month

We’re looking for a Customer Support Chat Specialist to provide exceptional service for our valued customers around the world. This is a fully remote role that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere, supporting customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (schedule to be arranged individually).

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer live chats with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
Provide knowledgeable, solutions-oriented support for luxury jewelry products.
Manage and document customer interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and Google Workspace (GSuite).
Maintain a strong brand voice and uphold our high service standards.

Requirements

Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Slack, and GSuite (preferred but not required).
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to keep our chat available 24/7.
