The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with strong programming skills, hands-on experience with AI technologies, and a passion for transforming marketing processes through automation and innovation.

• Build and customize AI solutions, such as chatbots, content generators, or predictive analytics tools, to enhance client marketing campaigns.
• Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-based models, open-source LLMs) into existing systems to automate tasks like copywriting, social media content generation, and customer insights.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, content creators, and designers to identify opportunities for AI to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Train and fine-tune AI models to align with agency and client-specific needs.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and deliver measurable results for clients.
• Stay up-to-date on AI advancements, particularly in LLMs, and recommend new tools or approaches to keep our agency competitive.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of programming experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI or machine learning projects.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and their applications in natural language processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with APIs for AI services (e.g., OpenAI, xAI’s API, or similar) and integrating them into workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical tea
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with marketing and creative teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in marketing or advertising, with knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or social media platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs or building custom AI tools for content generation or customer engagement.
• Understanding of data privacy and ethical considerations in AI, especially for client-facing applications.
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary.
• Opportunity to shape the future of AI in a creative, fast-paced marketing agency.
• Collaborative and supportive team environment with a focus on innovation.
• Flexible work arrangements.
• Professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of AI advancements.
How to Apply:
Please submit your resume, a cover letter explaining your experience with AI/LLMs and how you can contribute to our agency, and links to relevant projects or GitHub repositories. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
