JOB OVERVIEW

Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Semi-flexible, typically 2 PM to 10 PM Manila Time

About Us
We are a well-funded and fast-growing FinTech company founded by industry leaders from Wall Street and Silicon Valley. Our mission is to transform the way real estate and financial data are processed by leveraging advanced technology, data science, and automation.

As part of our growth, we are expanding our synthetic document creation team - building realistic, high-quality data sets from real-world commercial estate (CRE) documentation to power AI and machine learning models.

About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Document Analyst to review, interpret, and extract critical information from U.S. property-related due diligence documents, particularly for multifamily, retail, office, and mixed-use assets.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of structured data based on CRE documents, enabling the creation of high-quality synthetic datasets. This role requires deep familiarity with U.S. commercial property financials, loan, lease, and transaction documents, as well as exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze U.S. CRE documents including income statements, loan agreements, rent rolls, offering memorandums (OMs), operating statements (T12s), purchase & sale agreements, and appraisal reports.
• Extract, label, and validate key data points to be used for synthetic document generation.
• Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing information, or data anomalies for further review.
• Organize large volumes of property documents into a structured and easily searchable format.
• Contribute to process improvement by refining document review guidelines, labeling standards, and best practices.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive property and financial data with care.

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in CRE documentation review, underwriting support, loan servicing, or real estate legal/documentation work.
• Strong understanding of U.S. commercial property transactions, financing structures, and key financial metrics (NOI, Cap Rate, DSCR, etc.).
• Familiarity with common CRE document formats, terminology, and deal structures.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to process and organize large sets of documents quickly and accurately.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency with document management systems, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.

Bonus Points For
• Experience in data labeling or annotation for AI/ML projects.
• Knowledge of multifamily underwriting and property performance metrics.
• Exposure to synthetic data creation or document digitization processes.

Additional Info
• This is a remote role based in the Philippines, aligned with Eastern Time (EST) U.S. hours.
• Competitive compensation and opportunities for growth are provided.
