What You’ll Do
As the AI Marketing & General Manager, you will:
Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven marketing systems, automations, and workflows across channels
Integrate and manage the marketing tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, ad platforms) so all data flows cleanly and intelligently.
Use AI and predictive analytics to forecast trends, identify high-opportunity segments, and optimize campaign spend.
Lead operations: process design, budget control, campaign launch timelines, lead routing, testing frameworks.
Monitor key metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates), generate dashboards and actionable insights for executives.
Troubleshoot, improve, and maintain data hygiene, database segmentation, tagging, audience alignment.
Train and support marketing tea
Stay current on AI/ML marketing tools and evaluate new platforms, tools, or innovations to bring into the stack.
Ensure all operations comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc., as applicable).
Requirements / What We’re Looking For
5+ years in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related role — with at least 2 years working with AI / automation tools.
Deep familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ad platforms, analytics tools.
Proven experience implementing AI tools (e.g. predictive analytics, generative models, ML-powered personalization) in marketing workflows.
Strong technical aptitude: APIs, integration platforms (Zapier, Make, custom scripts), data pipelines.
Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make decisions.
Strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple complex efforts with deadlines.
Good communication skills: you’ll translate technical complexity into clear, strategic insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Proactiveness, creativity, and orientation toward experimentation and optimization.
Bonus: experience in your industry (health, wellness, media, etc.), familiarity with tools like GPT/LLMs, or ability to code (Python, SQL) or work with engineers.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Advanced degree (MBA, MS) with emphasis on analytics, marketing, or AI
Experience growing or scaling marketing operations teams
Hands-on experience with AI platforms, LLM models, generative AI in marketing
Experience with data engineering, ML model deployment, or working with data science teams
Strong portfolio of AI-driven campaigns or systems built
