We have two new YT channels
Think MTV and NYTimes for today - tasteful but fast cuts, punchy visuals, smart use of archive and AI b-roll, captions, sound design—the whole package for a cool youtube channel (or two).
++What You’ll Do
1- Edit YouTube videos daily on Health, pets, music & politics (primarily 15s - 90s short-form videos to start).
2- Turn scripts and voice overs into captivating visual stories.
3- Source & Mix B-roll, stock footage, music, effects,
4- Nail the pacing, tone, and engagement that keeps viewers watching.
5- Collaborate closely on branding, thumbnails, and style guides.
6- Deliver fast, iterate fast—using the best tools in the game (we’re platform-agnostic, but speed and quality are non-negotiable).
7- We already have 400 articles of thumbnails, titles and scripts, we just need a great editor!
++What We’re Looking For
Some YouTube experience. Ideally you’ve worked on high-performing channels (100k+ subs or viral videos).
Deep understanding of engagement. You know how to structure a video to spike retention and reduce drop-off for shorts and long form.
Modern aesthetic. Clean but bold. Trend-aware, not trend-dependent.
Speed + quality. You use tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut Pro, After Effects—or better.
Source and produce b-roll using AI tools like Runway, Veo 3, Midjourney etc and prompt engineer daily
