URGENT: AR Denials Management Specialist - Direct Hire

We are a rapidly growing payment intelligence firm transforming healthcare RCM. We require an elite Denials Management Specialist with deep expertise in the unique challenges of billing for an immediate, full-time, remote position.

Work Schedule
-Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
-Commitment: 40 hours per week, Full-Time

Your Mission: Secure Revenue from Complex Denials
-You will focus on the unique complexities of mental health billing, including authorization denials, medical necessity disputes, and varying state regulations to maximize revenue recovery.
-Payer-Specific Appeals: Master the appeals processes for behavioral health services across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and EAPs.
-Authorization Disputes: Resolve denials related to benefit carve-outs, lack of pre-authorization, or exhaustion of visit limits common in mental health.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
-Experience: Minimum 4+ years of focused experience in Denials Management within US Medical Billing/RCM.
-Specialty Expertise (Mandatory): Proven experience billing and appealing denials (e.g., CPT codes 908xx, 992xx).
-Systems Fluency: Expertise in multiple PM/EHR systems, especially those common in behavioral health (TherapyNotes, SimplePractice, eClinicalWorks, Epic).
-Mental Health or Psychiatric clinic experience is a BIG PLUS!
