Social Media Manager - Heygen experience

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and forward-thinking AI Content & Social Media Manager to grow the personal brand and digital presence of a board-certified dermatologist. This role focuses on TikTok, Instagram, and potentially YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, creating sharp, professional, and trend-aware content that educates and engages audiences in dermatology and skincare.
This is a part-time position (6 hours per day) with the potential to grow into a full-time role. We are looking only for experienced social media managers who have successfully grown personal or professional accounts. Beginners will not be considered. Please note that we are not looking for package-based service providers. This is an individual role focused on performance and results.

Key Responsibilities
Produce, edit, and post professional, high-quality content using HeyGen and industry-standard editing software.
Develop scripts, content calendars, and idea pipelines using AI and automation.
Stay up to date with dermatology, skincare, and social media trends to create relevant and engaging content.
Manage TikTok, Instagram, and potentially YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
Monitor analytics to optimize reach, performance, and engagement.
Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster genuine community growth.
Maintain a polished, professional, and approachable brand tone across all content.

Qualifications
Proven experience managing and growing TikTok and Instagram accounts (portfolio required).
Strong video editing skills with a clean, professional aesthetic.
Hands-on experience using HeyGen for AI video creation and content production.
Ability to identify and capitalize on social media trends early.
Excellent communication and audience engagement skills.
Interest in dermatology or skincare is a strong plus.
Remote role, flexible schedule, part-time (6 hours per day) with potential to grow full-time.
