Acquisitions Manager (WholesalingReal estate)

We’re looking for a proven closer to join our investment company as an Acquisitions Manager. This is NOT a training position — you must have real-world experience closing deals in real estate wholesaling, either over the phone or in person. Your job is to speak with motivated sellers, build rapport, negotiate win-win deals, and get contracts signed. You'll be supported by a Lead Manager feeding you qualified leads daily.

Requirements:

1+ year experience in real estate wholesaling or flipping

Confident, persuasive, and excellent at building rapport

Skilled in objection handling and price anchoring

Experience using CRMs like Batchlead, DealMachine or similar

Comfortable closing deals virtually (phone or Zoom)

Available full-time during U.S. business hours
