We’re a life, skills, and mental health coaching marketplace helping people connect with the right coaches and mentors. We’re launching a global, commission-based digital marketing internship program and are looking for a resourceful, operations-focused manager to build, oversee, and continuously improve the system.

This role is long-term, flexible, remote, and part-time, beginning with a trial assignment to ensure mutual fit before ongoing work.

What You’ll Do
. Hire, onboard, and manage multiple digital marketing interns across outreach, content, and growth tracks.
. Create systems and SOPs to efficiently manage and track a large, global intern team.
. Review intern outputs such as SEO articles, short-form content, and social posts, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
. Ensure accountability across all interns.

You’ll lead and optimize the system, not do the marketing work yourself, but know enough to oversee and guide it effectively. Or you're willing to learn quickly. You are a good fit if you enjoy managing the system, rather doing the detailed day to day work.

You’ll Need
. A solid understanding of digital marketing (to give feedback on shortform content edits, SEO articles, etc)
. The ability to give constructive feedback on marketing assets.
. Comfort creating structure and managing many interns at once.
. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
. A fast, smart learner who’s resourceful and adaptable.

Compensation is part time monthly.
