Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter (Instagram Leads – Day Shift)

We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to join our team and help book Instagram leads into our calendar.

Work Schedule:
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Dubai time (day shift)
• Full-time role (50+ hours per week)

Responsibilities:
• Engage with leads through Instagram DMs.
• Warm up conversations and move them toward booking a call.
• Schedule 3–5 qualified calls per day into our calendar.
• Overlap with our evening VA to ensure 24/7 lead coverage.
• Track daily progress and report results.

Compensation:
• Base salary: $400/month
• Commission: $50 per closed client from calls you book
• Performance-based role with strong earning potential

Requirements:
• Fluent English only. If your English is not fluent, do not apply.
• Strong written English skills — clear, professional, and engaging.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support.
• Familiar with Instagram or social media communication.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Must be motivated, eager to learn, and not read from the screen during the interview.
