Appointment Setter (B2B Services | Long-Term

We are hiring experienced outbound callers for a long-term role reaching out to U.S. small business owners. Your goal is to offer a free online checkup service and book appointments — no hard selling or collections.

This position is ideal for callers who have previously handled B2B campaigns, SaaS, digital marketing, web services, real estate, or IT-related accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls using our dialer & provided leads

Follow a consultative-style script (not aggressive or pushy)

Offer a free credibility / online presence check

Capture the best email or schedule a follow-up call / warm transfer

Record notes in CRM


REQUIREMENTS

- Clear and confident spoken English (neutral or slight American accent preferred)
- Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
- Able to comfortably discuss basic online concepts (website, email, domain, online reputation, etc.)
- Stable internet connection & noise-free workspace with quality headset


WORK DETAILS

Full-Time – 35 hrs/week

U.S. Business Hours (EST or PST shift)

Long-term commitment — not a short campaign

Hourly pay + bonuses for successful call outcomes
