We’re building several English-language YouTube channels focused on high-quality storytelling and visual engagement.
Each channel delivers faceless, documentary-style videos with professional narration, cinematic pacing, and consistent production standards.
We’re looking for talented video editors who can transform scripts and voice-overs into visually captivating stories that keep viewers watching until the very end.
Requirements (Must-Have)
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience editing long-form YouTube videos (8–25 minutes).
Ability to sync visuals, pacing, and narration smoothly.
Skilled at finding copyright-safe clips, photos, and SFX (Pexels, DVIDS, Storyblocks, Public Domain, etc.).
Strong understanding of YouTube Copyright and Fair Use policies.
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Great attention to detail — sound balance, rhythm, and quality control.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
Knowledge of documentary, history, health, or educational content.
Basic motion graphics (maps, text, transitions).
Familiarity with AI tools (Whisper, ElevenLabs, Leonardo AI, Runway, etc.).
Good sense of cinematic tone and color grading.
Passion for long-term creative collaboration.
Compensation
Starting rate: $1 per edited minute, with adjustments based on project complexity and niche.
You’ll receive the script and professional voice-over, so your focus remains on crafting cinematic visuals and storytelling flow.
Editors must comply with YouTube’s Copyright and Fair Use guidelines to avoid strikes or demonetization.
Outstanding performance, consistency, and creativity will be rewarded through bonuses and progressive rate increases.
