Job Description:
We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to generate leads for Medex by reaching out to hospital logistics coordinators and biotech professionals. You’ll focus on cold outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to secure contracts for medical shipments. This role is perfect for a proactive communicator who thrives in sales and wants to earn bonuses by landing high-value leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Outreach (60%):

Send personalized cold emails daily to hospital/biotech contacts (e.g., AdventHealth, Moffitt Cancer Center) using provided scripts and researched lists.
Make cold calls daily to follow up on emails or introduce Medex’s services (e.g., “Medex cuts stem cell shipping costs by 20%—can we schedule a 10-min call?”).
Perform LinkedIn outreaches daily (connection requests + messages) to engage logistics managers.
Personalize outreach based on hospital focus (e.g., T-cell therapy for Moffitt, cord blood for Miami Cancer Institute).

Research (30%):
Identify new hospital/biotech targets weekly in high-traffic U.S. regions.
Update contact details (names, emails, phone numbers) using hospital websites or LinkedIn.

Tracking & Reporting (10%):
Log all outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) in Google Sheets (Company, Contact, Status, Notes).
Schedule intro calls/week for the employer using Calendly.
Provide brief daily updates and attend 15-min Zoom check-ins (Monday/Friday, 8 AM EDT).

Brainstormed Outreach Approach:
To maximize replies and leads, we recommend a multi-channel strategy:


Email
s (50%): Use short, value-driven emails (e.g., “Medex ensures 24/7 stem cell delivery—save 20% on logistics. Free 10-min call?”). Personalize with recipient’s name and hospital focus. Comply with CAN-SPAM (include unsubscribe option).
Calls (30%): Follow up emails within 24–48 hours with a 30-second pitch (e.g., “Hi [Name], I emailed about Medex’s cost-saving medical logistics—can we discuss your needs?”). Focus on Florida hospitals first for quick wins.

LinkedIn (20%): Send connection requests with a note (e.g., “Hi [Name], I see you manage logistics at [Hospital]. Medex specializes in stem cell transport—let’s connect!”). Follow up with a message after acceptance.

Cadence: Day 1: Email + LinkedIn request. Day 3: Call. Day 5: Follow-up email. This ensures 2–4 touchpoints per contact weekly, boosting reply rates (target: 10–15% response rate).

Requirements:
Fluent English (written and spoken) for professional outreach.
1+ year of sales, cold outreach, or B2B lead generation experience.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Zoom.
Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional outreach (preferred).
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for calls (US hours: 8 AM–5 PM EDT).
Proactive, organized, and able to meet daily outreach targets.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $3 - $5/hour ($500 – $700/month) + $30 bonus per qualified/finalized lead - leads to contract.
Bonus: $30 per final qualified lead (a finalized intro call with a hospital/biotech decision-maker that leads to a contract.)
