Shopify Virtual Assistant – Shopify, Klaviyo & Meta Ads

About Us:
We’re a fast-growing CPG brand in the health & wellness space, selling directly through Shopify. We’re looking for a versatile, design-savvy Virtual Assistant who’s experienced with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads. This role combines eCommerce operations, light design work, and digital marketing support — perfect for someone who loves wearing multiple hats and taking initiative.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be our right hand for everything related to our Shopify site and digital marketing. Tasks may include:
Updating Shopify product and landing pages (layout, copy, and visuals)
Designing and building new landing pages using Shopify editor or builders (PageFly, GemPages, etc.)
Managing Klaviyo campaigns and flows — creating email templates, updating graphics, segmenting lists, and scheduling sends
Designing simple graphics (using Canva or Adobe tools) for web pages, emails, and social ads
Assisting with Meta Ads — uploading creatives, writing captions, tracking performance, and reporting
Uploading and formatting blog posts for SEO and branding consistency
Supporting miscellaneous Shopify or marketing projects as needed

Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience with Shopify (theme editing, landing pages, product updates)
Skilled in Klaviyo (email campaigns, flows, template design)
Basic design ability — can create clean, on-brand visuals (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
Familiar with Meta Ads Manager (uploading creatives, setting up campaigns, tracking performance)
Organized, creative, and proactive — able to execute projects with minimal supervision
Great written communication and attention to detail
Bonus: Knowledge of basic SEO or blog formatting

Schedule: Flexible hours, but must be responsive during U.S. daytime hours
