JOB OVERVIEW

We build data scrapers that thousands of operators use to get deals and insights. Your job: drive new traffic, trial sign-ups, and paid usage fast. You’ll work directly with a fast-moving founder who values initiative, speed, and measurable wins.

This role is for you if…

- You’ve already driven growth for a SaaS, API, or developer-tool product (traffic ? trials ? paid)
- You hate being micromanaged and ship experiments weekly without waiting for SOPs
- You think like an owner: you pick channels, set targets, launch, learn, and scale fast

Outcomes (your scoreboard)

- Trials started: weekly and monthly targets by product/actor
- Activation and paid conversions: percent of trials reaching a successful run and converting to paid
- Experiment velocity: 6–10 experiments per week shipped, logged, and learned from
- CAC < LTV: channels scaled only when unit economics prove out

What you’ll do

- Own the growth engine: plan, launch, measure across multiple channels
- Run rapid experiments: landing pages, copy/offer tests, pricing/trial flows, programmatic SEO pages, comparison pages, directory listings, and partner placements
- Spin up distribution: Reddit and dev communities, niche forums, ---------- /Slack groups, Product Hunt-style drops, content syndication, micro-influencers, affiliates, and co-marketing with complementary tools
- Build repeatable loops: referral prompts inside our flows, lifecycle email/SMS nudges, in-product tips to a first successful scrape, and churn-winback triggers
- Instrument everything: track by actor, channel, cohort; produce a simple weekly dashboard and a one-page what worked/what didn’t/next bets

Must-have experience

- 2–4+ years in growth marketing for tech-tools, with specific metrics you can show (e.g., +150% trials in 90 days, Lead?Trial 7%?14%)
- Fluency in channel testing: community distribution, partnerships/affiliates, cold social/email, paid search/social, and landing-page CRO
- You can write clear, conversion-oriented copy and produce quick visuals (e.g., Canva, Loom)

Nice-to-have

- Experience with developer audiences, marketplaces, or data products
- Familiarity with Apify/automation, comparison pages vs competitors, and programmatic landing pages at scale

How we’ll work

- Autonomy first. You’ll propose the plan and ship without hand-holding
- Fast cycles. Short write-ups, quick approvals, ship the test, read the data, move on
- Direct feedback. No politics, just facts and results. Expect speed and clarity

What success looks like in 30/60/90

- 30 days: Baseline analytics, experiment backlog prioritized, first 20+ experiments shipped, first wins identified
- 60 days: 2–3 channels with consistent trial lift, activation up via improved first-run success path
- 90 days: Clear repeatable growth motions; trials and paid usage materially up with a documented playbook

Work details

- Full-time, remote (PH). Daily overlap with U.S. Eastern morning
- Competitive pay plus performance bonus tied to trials/activations
- Reports directly to the founder (fast, future-focused, high-velocity operator)
