Photo Culler

Hey Guys!

I'm looking for a Photo Culler, I have lots of events that needs to be culled.
Must Have:
-Lightroom Desktop (you can use cracked version so you don't have to purchase)
-100 to 200 GB storage

Details:
-No to using AI culling, it's proven to be unreliable based on my experience, ends up choosing the worst photos.
-This is Manual Culling using Lightroom
-I will teach you my method
-This is Project-Based so if you're looking for an additional workload, this one is for you.
-This is Urgent so I'm looking someone who can start immediately like ASAP/Tomorrow.
