About Us

Brightworks Property Management LTD is a UK-based property management company specialising in serviced accommodation and Airbnb operations. We manage a growing portfolio of properties across the UK and are now expanding our direct booking and B2B partnerships.

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Virtual Assistant to help us generate direct corporate and contractor bookings, build business relationships, and reduce reliance on OTAs like Airbnb and ---------- .

Role Overview

The main goal of this role is to secure direct bookings and generate long-term partnerships with companies, contractors, relocation agents, and insurance housing providers who require short or long stays for their staff.

You’ll be responsible for researching potential leads, reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, and following up to convert them into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential corporate clients, contractors, and relocation companies within the UK.

Send cold emails and LinkedIn messages to introduce our accommodation services.

Make follow-up phone calls to decision-makers (HR, project managers, site supervisors, etc.).

Maintain a lead tracker (CRM or Google Sheet) to monitor outreach activity and progress.

Coordinate with our internal team to confirm bookings and relay client requirements.

Achieve monthly lead and booking targets.

Report weekly on outreach results and conversions.

Requirements

Strong written and spoken English.

Confident making cold calls and sending outreach emails.

Organised, consistent, and results-oriented.

Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or hospitality/property management is preferred.

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Gmail, WhatsApp, and Skype.
