Traffic Manager (Reddit & Social Media)

We’re looking for a traffic manager to help us scale, mainly through Reddit and GG swap promos. Experience with Reddit and other social platforms is a plus, but what matters most is being smart, proactive, and able to bring value to the team. We want someone who can think for themselves, share ideas openly, and isn’t afraid to take initiative.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing Reddit accounts and overlook the performance of the VA's
Handling GG swap promos
Testing and suggesting other growth strategies
Tracking results, improve funnels

Requirements:

Good English
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Previous experience with Reddit or other social media is a big advantage
Advantage to have Instargam experience

????Pay:

First month: $4/hour fixed
After month one: base pay + % of agency revenue (expected $800–$1200/month, with room to grow as the agency scales)
