Lead Manager

We’re looking to hire a **responsible Lead Manager** for the construction company (remote, Philippines-based). The role is focused on handling **warm leads**, and we need someone with a **clear American accent**, great energy, and strong social skills who enjoys talking to people.

The job also requires:

* Reminding leads about their meeting times
* Reminding our business employees (estimators) of their schedules
* Managing the daily live tracking sheet of leads
* Preparing and updating lead reports
