Implementation Specialist (Client Success / Onboarding)

We’re looking for a detail-driven Implementation Specialist to own end-to-end onboarding for a fast-growing SaaS / PropTech client. This is a hands-on execution role, not entry-level.

Core Responsibilities
1. Execute end-to-end onboarding for:
- New clients
- New properties and acquisitions
- Portfolio and package changes
2. Perform detailed, manual implementation work including:
- Data setup, uploads, and system configuration
- Strict, process-driven execution with no shortcuts
3. Manage tasks, workflows, and deadlines using Asana
4. Maintain clear status tracking to surface blockers early (e.g., missing client inputs)
5. Support Client Success with operational and implementation tasks during lighter onboarding periods

Requirements:
? 3+ years in implementation, onboarding, or operations
? Strong Asana experience
? Process-driven, detail-oriented, execution focused
