About Us:
Homeland Homecare LLC is a licensed home care agency based in Baltimore, Maryland. We are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our patients and families. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to support our U.S.-based leadership team.
This is a long-term, stable opportunity for the right candidate who thrives in a virtual work environment and has prior experience in home care, scheduling, or recruitment.

What You’ll Do:
As our Executive Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Administrator and leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing schedule, scheduling virtual meetings, and handling communications.
* Drafting and reviewing reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
* Organizing and maintaining electronic filing systems for HR and compliance documents.
* Supporting onboarding tasks (tracking agreements, background checks, training records).
* Preparing materials for audits and accreditation (OHCQ, CHAP).
* Assisting with payroll support and expense tracking.
* Coordinating staff meetings, training, and monitoring project management tools ( ---------- , Trello, etc.).
* Handle caregiver-client schedule.
* Recruit and onboard caregivers.

What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Healthcare Admin, or related).
* At least 1 year of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant (Homecare).
* Home care industry experience is a MUST — especially in scheduling and/or recruitment
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
* Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.).
* Strong understanding of confidentiality, HIPAA, and data security practices.
* Dedicated team player with a strong desire to learn and grow, motivated to advance.

Technical Requirements:
* Reliable high-speed internet connection.
* Private home office setup.
* Password-protected computer with updated antivirus/security software.
