Medical Billing AR Caller – Insurance Claims Follow-Up (US Healthcare)

Job Overview:
We are a U.S.-based chiropractic office seeking a skilled Medical Billing AR Caller with experience in U.S. healthcare insurance claims. This is a remote, full-time position focused on calling insurance companies to resolve outstanding Accounts Receivable (A/R) and documenting responses for our billing team to take corrective action.

Responsibilities:

Call U.S. insurance companies about outstanding or denied claims flagged by our billing team.

Clarify reasons for unpaid, underpaid, or unprocessed claims.

Accurately log insurance company responses and next steps into a shared spreadsheet.

Provide clear notes for the billing department to act on (appeals, resubmissions, or corrections).

Maintain professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as an AR Caller, Insurance Claims Specialist, or in U.S. medical billing highly preferred.

Strong English communication skills (clear and professional).

Skilled in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Stable internet and quiet work environment.
