Role: Lead Researcher / Lead Sourcing VA (Remote)

Pay & trial

Trial: 3 full days at $1.50 USD/hr (paid).

After successful trial: base $3.00 USD/hr, paid weekly after QA.

We reserve the right to decrease pay for consistently poor quality (see quality checks below).

Hours & schedule

Expected ?6 hours/day during scheduled shift.

Daily deadline: all leads for the day must be submitted by 20:00 Manila time (UTC+8).

What you’ll do (simple)

Source business leads from an assigned list or territory.

For each business, find and record: owner/decision-maker name + email (phone optional).

Add each lead as a row in the shared Google Sheet with required fields.

Start/stop your time in Toggl/Clockify and submit a short EOD report in Slack.

Daily quality checks & consequences

Leads will be checked daily by QA for: accuracy, genuine sourcing (no easy-route mass guesses), and working email validity.

If your leads consistently fail quality checks (e.g., taking easy shortcuts, many invalid emails):

First: verbal warning + coaching.

If 3 out of 7 days in a rolling week are low-quality ? pay reduced to $2.00/hr for the following week and mandatory retrain.

Continued poor quality after retrain ? probation, then termination.

Fabricated evidence or falsified time = immediate termination.

Simple acceptance criteria (what counts)

Owner/decision-maker name present, and

Owner email provided, and

Screenshot proof uploaded and linked in the row, and

Submitted by 20:00 Manila time.

Tools we use (you must be able to use)

Google Sheets (shared)

Toggl Track or Clockify (time tracking)

Chrome, LinkedIn, basic Google search operators

Slack (EOD messages)

How we pay

Weekly payout to the account you provide after QA.

Bonuses are optional and will be communicated later — for now focus on high-quality accepted leads.

How to apply (copy-paste into the ad)

When you apply, include the following exactly:

Name + timezone

Short description of past lead sourcing work (1–2 lines)

Explain how you would source the owners’ names + email addresses (2–4 sentences)

We’ll reply with the 3-day paid trial instructions if you’re selected.

Keep it simple. Do good work. Get paid weekly.
