E-Commerce Specialist & Shopify Website Builder

Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist with strong Shopify design and development skills to help us build, optimize, and scale high-performing online stores. You should have a proven track record of creating visually stunning, conversion-optimized Shopify sites that drive sales and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Build and design professional Shopify stores from start to finish (theme setup, layout, branding, navigation, collections, etc.)
• Optimize product pages for conversions with persuasive copy, clean layouts, and optimized images
• Connect and manage sales channels (Amazon, Etsy, Facebook, TikTok, Google Shopping, Faire, etc.)
• Set up and manage apps for subscriptions, upsells, email/SMS automation, reviews, and analytics
• Ensure sites are mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and SEO optimized
• Manage product uploads, pricing, inventory, and collections
• Track and report on KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS)
• Work with marketing to build funnels, lead captures, and promo landing pages

Requirements:
• Proven experience building professional Shopify or Shopify Plus stores
• Strong understanding of e-commerce strategy, CRO, and branding
• Ability to integrate tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other Shopify apps
• Strong design eye and basic graphic editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Experience managing product listings on multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising setup a plus
• Excellent communication, reliability, and attention to detail

Bonus Skills:
• Experience with WooCommerce, Wix, or WordPress
• Knowledge of subscription models or D2C product funnels
• Understanding of email/SMS marketing flows and automation
