[EXPERIENCED] Operations & Systems Manager

???? Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Systems Manager to help scale our fast-growing e-commerce company. This is a leadership role focused on managing people, building structure, and keeping the team aligned. Your job is to manage people, systems, and operations so the entire company runs smoothly. You’ll be involved in everything from team management to process improvement.

This is a complex position. I'm seeking a long-term candidate who:
* Can build systems, structure, and workflows that keep the team aligned
* Thinks critically and can identify inefficiencies early
* Is highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused
* Takes full ownership and leads with accountability
* Can communicate clearly, motivate people, and manage remote teams
* Receives feedback constructively and prioritizes results over ego
* Wants to grow with me for the next 3–5+ years

???? Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain workflows in ClickUp, Notion, and Slack
* Create and organize SOPs, templates, and trackers for all departments (creatives, ads, logistics, etc.)
* Hire, manage, and lead freelancers through Upwork with clear direction and accountability
* Keep constant communication with the team and maintain a positive, motivating culture
* Track and report weekly performance and deliverables
* Maintain strong documentation and clarity across all projects
* Identify operational bottlenecks and propose smart solutions

???? Skills You Must Have:
* 2+ years of experience in operations, project, or people management
* Strong working knowledge of ClickUp, Notion, and Slack
* Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
* Proven experience managing remote teams
* Highly organized, assertive, and structured with strong attention to detail
* Enjoys talking with the team, motivating people, and leading through collaboration
* Comfortable giving feedback and holding tea ---------- mbers accountable

? Nice to Have:
* Experience in e-commerce, media buying, or digital marketing
* Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, Make, etc.)
* Basic understanding of content or creative production

???? Growth & Pay:
* Starting at $800–$1,200 USD/month full-time (40 hours/week)
* Annual raises of $ ---------- based on performance (up to $1,600/month)
