We are looking for a skilled, proactive Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team long-term.
You will support the content, funnels, CRM, and creative systems for a professional growth brand that helps leaders and entrepreneurs thrive.
This is a long-term position (starting part-time, 20 hours per week) with the potential to grow as our platform expands.
Responsibilities
Content and Publishing
Prepare, organise, and upload content for online programmes and resources.
Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm across different themes and areas.
Schedule stories, reflections, and exercises following brand tone and visuals.
Keep content folders, visuals, and upload logs organised and up to date.
Funnels and
Affiliate marketing
Build, test, and optimise funnels, opt-in pages, and automations in
Create and manage
Support digital campaign setup and simple A/B testing.
Monitor performance (signups, conversions) and prepare basic monthly reports.
CRM Management (Pipedrive)
Update and maintain Pipedrive CRM with new leads and activity notes.
Ensure all funnel leads are synced or transferred into CRM pipelines.
Track follow-ups and flag priority contacts for review.
Generate summary reports when requested.
Video and Creative Support, sound editing.
Edit and repurpose short-form videos for social media and online use.
Add captions, transitions, and branded text overlays.
Prepare visuals for events, workshops, and announcements.
Repurpose long-form content into short clips or reels.
AI and Workflow Automation
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to generate ideas, summaries, and drafts.
Repurpose text or transcripts into shorter pieces.

Stay up to date with new AI features that improve workflow and creativity.
Technical and Platform Support
Assist with light coding or embedding (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript snippets).
Help maintain online rooms and integrations.
Troubleshoot minor issues independently before escalation.
Community and Event Support
Assist with online events, posting reminders, or light moderation.
Post weekly prompts or updates in shared spaces.
Maintain a calm, professional, and supportive tone at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Funnel Builder, or Content Manager.
Working knowledge of
Experience managing contacts and pipelines in Pipedrive CRM.
Confident in video editing (any platform).
Skilled in AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar).
Excellent written English and organisational skills.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, or willingness to learn.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.
Stable internet connection and a quiet work setup.
Pay and Hours
Type: Self-employed / Independent Contractor role (you will invoice weekly).
Rate: 5 USD per hour (based on experience).
Hours: 20 hours per week to start (long-term).
Payment: Weekly via Wise or Payoneer.
Schedule: Flexible, with 2–3 hours overlap per day with UK time.
Performance Review: After 6 months, with potential pay increase based on results, initiative, and reliability.
