Hiring Now: Experienced Fashion Dropshipping Customer Service Agent

Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time | Long-Term Role

We’re looking for a high-level customer support agent who’s already mastered the fashion dropshipping game.

You know the typical questions customers ask. You’ve handled thousands of tickets. You’ve worked with trending fashion products, managed pre-sale doubts, size concerns, size changes, delivery delays — and you already have ready-to-use SOPs & tracking sheets to handle all of it like clockwork.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years experience in dropshipping customer service, specifically in fashion/apparel.
• You have your own SOPs for refunds, returns, sizing issues, delays, lost packages, and handling escalations etc.
• You’ve worked with Shopify and tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
• You know how to handle customers who care about style, fit, and fast response times.
• You’re not here to be trained — you’re here to plug in and take ownership.

The Ideal Candidate:
• You’re organized, reliable, fast, and calm under pressure.
• You don’t need to be micromanaged — you spot problems before they happen.
• You write like a human, not a script. You’re warm, respectful, but firm when needed.
• You care about the customer experience AND the backend systems that support it.

What You’ll Handle:
• Responding to customer inquiries across email and helpdesk
• Managing sizing questions, return/refund requests, and shipping delays
• Creating/optimizing internal SOPs (or bringing your own)
• Flagging product or supplier issues
• Helping reduce refund rates and increase satisfaction

Let’s be very clear: I’m not here to babysit you. I’m not here to train you. I don’t have the time — and I shouldn’t need to. You need to come into this organization ready to take leadership of the entire customer service operation. This role requires someone who is a killer at what they do, someone who has done it before, and who is confident enough to set up and run the department with minimal hand-holding. If you’re still figuring things out, this isn’t the job for you.
