Position: Remote Appointment Setter (Sales-focused)

Compensation: $500-$650 USD/month (base + performance bonuses)

Your Mission: Convert Facebook leads into qualified appointments. You'll be the first voice prospects hear - qualifying homeowners, building rapport, and securing appointments for our closers.

What Actually Matters: We're looking for people who can genuinely connect with Australian homeowners. You need social awareness, humor when appropriate, and the ability to read the room. Technical skills can be taught - personality can't.

Core Responsibilities:
Respond to leads quickly (speed = conversions)
Build instant rapport with Aussie homeowners
Qualify prospects naturally through conversation
Book solid appointments using persuasion, not pressure
Pursue no-shows with persistence and charm
Maintain accurate CRM records (Pipereply)

Must-Haves:

Performance Standards:
Quick lead response times
Daily calls: 40-60 minimum
Appointments booked: 8-12 per shift
Conversion rate: 30-40%
