What you’ll do:
Troubleshoot hardware, software & OS (Windows/macOS)
Support Outlook, Office 365, Active Directory, apps
Provide desk-side IT support & remote troubleshooting

What we’re looking for:
3+ years in IT Infrastructure / Technical Support
Fluent in Mandarin OR Japanese OR Korean (plus English)
Strong customer service & troubleshooting skills
